I refuse

I refuse to be another statistic

I refuse to let others decide for me

I refuse to go without a fight

I refuse to allow my feelings dictate my state of mind

I refuse to let another day go by without purpose

I refuse to let other people tell me what they think is beautiful

I refuse to allow other people’s thoughts and words about me control my emotional state

I refuse to drown in self-pity

I refuse to let life pass me by

I refuse everything that is against God’s plan for my life and I chose to live.
